Kimberly Locke has worked in the mortgage industry for 7 years. During her time working
for other mortgage companies she realized that there was a need in the industry for
education and service geared towards women.
Kimberly takes pride in knowing that she and her hand selected group of loan officers
not only provide fair and accurate service to their clients, but go one step further to help to
educate and empower them.
Kimberly grew up in a small town in Kentucky and moved to Central Florida in 1995 after
graduating from Eastern Kentucky University. She now lives in Sorrento with her husband
and son.

nearly 20 years. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, from the University of
Central Florida. She enjoys quality time with her family and friends. Kimberly is active in
her community and has a genuine care for others.

Valerie Phillips is our resident bilingual mortgage broker. Valerie was born in New York
and spent most of her childhood living between the US & Puerto Rico, so she is fluent in
both English and Spanish. Valerie is a very detail oriented and conscientious broker who
will go the extra mile to make sure your transaction is smooth.
Coming to the mortgage industry after 10 plus years of customer service experience,
Valerie knows what it means to give exceptional service to her clients. Valerie is proud to

Valerie has been a resident of Central Florida since 1992. She is married and the proud
